This policy explains how AevPath Limited ("AevPath", "we", "us") handles information. AevPath Limited is registered in England and Wales (company no. 17474924), with its registered office at 18 Craig y Fron, Bala, LL23 7UW, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here.
This website does not use cookies, does not run advertising or analytics trackers, and does not ask you for any personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit) for a short period to keep the site secure and working.
If you contact us by email, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
The AevPath app is not yet released. It is designed to work with as little personal information as possible: the flight details you enter, and sensor readings (such as air pressure and motion) that are used on your phone to recognise takeoff and follow your flight. Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and we do not receive your card details. Before the app is released, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what the app collects, why, and how long it is kept.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email adam@aevpath.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page, with a new "last updated" date.
